Outsource Kitchen Design (OKD) is a services and technology company helping businesses to streamline their kitchen design and sales process. With OKD, kitchen projects are easier to design, quote, and revise—no matter your internal resources. Our goal: make selling to prospective clients a faster, better process for everyone.

OKD offers virtual, outsourced kitchen design and quoting services so businesses don’t miss sales opportunities due to resource constraints. We provide fast, quality designs and price lists at any point throughout the sales process, whether it’s at the request of a potential customer or in-house team.

We help showrooms, home centers, remodelers, online cabinet retailers, and cabinet manufacturers to unstick the design and sales process.

For designs, we use 2020 (Cyncly). Our intake forms, lead tracking tools, and client portal are proprietary systems we built specifically for the kitchen industry.

Our headquarters are in tropical El Salvador.

We also design bathrooms, mudrooms, laundry rooms, media centers, and closets – any area with cabinetry.

Pricing is based on the number of designs needed, the quality of your design submittals, and the design rendering type requested.

Every design request or revision takes up your team’s time—and it’s often for clients who never end up buying.

By outsourcing the design process, you can quote more, impress clients with your speed, and never miss out on a potential sales opportunity. It’s about scaling your business and turning designers into sellers—instead of bogging them down with tasks we can tackle faster.

Our team of NKBA-certified designers not only provides fast designs and quotes, but also high-quality renderings that even the pickiest clients will appreciate.

Our comprehensive, online design intake form asks all the right questions. It’s intuitive, with simple drop-down answers and clickable images to understand your client’s design preferences. All plans, sketches, and specs can be directly uploaded through the form. The mandatory fields ensure that we’ll have everything we need to make a compelling initial design.

We provide initial designs within two days, and we can occasionally rush designs.

Generally, two days.

From simple Black/White designs to Medium and High resolution color designs with X-ray or 360° room views, we offer full design packages that are as simple or extravagant as you need.

Yes. We white label our designs and can include your logo on renderings, as well as your contact info, a custom call-to-action, and other marketing content.

We design with 2020 (Cyncly).

Concept Design Method is a technology-enabled sales process and service that helps kitchen businesses conclude their first sales meetings with either design retainers—or the confidence to move on to their next lead. Our mixture of processes, tools, and design support streamline the kitchen quoting process—from client intake to final revisions.

Coming to your early client meetings with design renderings and pricing does a few things:

  1. It impresses the client and helps them settle on a direction and budget
  2. You’ll speed up the process of settling on materials, designs, and costs—and shorten your sales cycles by days or weeks.
  3. It’ll scare off anyone who can’t come close to your quote, so you never waste resources on tire kickers or prospects who expect free designs.

Ideally, kitchen designing is only done to sell. But a lot of resources get spent creating them for leads who will never buy. By embedding our initial design services and quoting tools early on in the sales process, you ensure you only invest in prospects who are likely to invest in you, too.

We have a tried-and-true online design preference intake form where we get all of the necessary information to create an initial design. Your clients can fill out the survey directly online or have your team help them fill it out.

We complete initial Concept Designs within two days.

Yes we can handle revisions, and we turn them around within two days for each set of revisions.
